- Transorze started its operations for providing medical transcription training and was registered as a firm.
2012
- Transorze added new courses

2013
- Transorze associated with NCLL (National Center For Labor And Learning) and KSUSS (Kerala State Unemployed Service Society)
2014
- Transorze started New Course: Medical Coding
2015
- Transorze developed LMS for Medical coding.
- Transorze started Online training for Medical Transcription, Medical Coding
- Transorze introduced SLIMS (Software to track leads from enquiry to graduation stage)
2016
- Transorze was registered as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of Transorze Information Processing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Transorze became an ISO certified company
- Transorze became the corporate members of American Academy for Professional Coders (AAPC)
- Transorze started New branch at Kottayam
2017
- Transorze started New branches at Nagercoil and Kollam
- Transorze opened its Regional Office at Cochin.
- Transorze affiliated with Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) which comes under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
- Transorze started New Courses started viz BPO Training and Medical Scribing Training
- LMS developed for BPO training.
- New Software was developed (leads tracer) for controlling and organizing leads for counselors.
2018
- New Branches started at Kozhikode, Thrissur, Malappuram, and Pathanamthitta
- Transorze started its operations in Technopark, Trivandrum
2019
- New Courses started viz Digital marketing and OET Training
- LMS developed for Digital Marketing
- New branches started at Coimbatore, Thrissur, and Adoor
- Transorze upgraded its leads management system to ERP
- Transorze affiliated with Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY) which comes under Ministry of Rural Development

- Transorze started Batch under DDU-GKY scheme
2022
- Transorze became the funded partner of NSDC and started 3 centers in Trivandrum, Nagercoil, and Bangalore under NSDC
